It finally happened, I'm bored of the internet

There are only so many boobies, mis-haps, bloopers etc you can watch before even Homer Simpson would be bored of them. It has come to the point where I get dismayed when I see "0 New Posts" on here. You Tube was interesting for a couple of weeks but I soon realised that 99% of the submitters are whiny morons so what should I look at next?

You lot must know some good things to look at, not necessarily after named websites just topics that I could search for to pass some of the slower hours at work.

Yours hoping,

EG

Been having the same thoughts EG. if not for email and shottalk would probably cut the internet off.

I read several papers online, interesting to see the different views between the New york times and the las vegas journal review.

one spot i do like is http://www.fark.com/ , an interesting assortment of weird news clips with funny fark assessments.

I also go to the onion http://www.theonion.com/content/ and that can be good for about 30 secs of smile.

Straight dope http://www.straightdope.com/ can be interesting, check the archives. answers to fascinating questions like " Why is there a "33" on Rolling Rock beer labels? " , "When a woman gives birth in westerns, why do they always boil water?" and " Which will keep you drier, running through the rain or walking?"

Lew Rockwell http://www.lewrockwell.com/ has a libertarian slant in its articles, the occasional column by us congressman Ron Paul makes me believe there is one principled congressman.

hope others have some sites worth visiting. bored to tears.

Slightly raunchy and somewhat twisted, but not over the top, and with some sense of humor.

I frequent about 8 forums, this one(my favorite, actually), motorcycles, other things.

On top of that I love reading comics(funny ones), and many other things. I don't know how people could get bored, there is so much out there!

Ever thought of just going around YouTube and looking at it all?
