Newbie Looking for Calvin Peete

Hello! I am very new to the game. My left arm was previously injured and is permanently at a 45 deg angle exactly like Calvin Peete.

I have been searching for photos of Mr. Peete's grip and swing without much luck. It would be especially helpful to see a video of course.

Does anyone know how to reach Mr. Peete or someone who can advise regarding the adjustments Mr. Peete practiced?

Thanks in advance,
Sharon

I have no answer, but a free bump for you for the most original 1st post in the history of Shottalk. I'd try emailing golf digest or TGC or something.

Good luck with your search!

i watched the playing lessons from the pros he did... he had a 10 finger grip and he obviously couldnt keep a straight right arm which didnt really mean anything cuz he obviously won a few tournaments. everything he did was the same or as close to a regular pro with the exception that he hit fairways like nobodies business some might say he was the black fred funk. he was a short hitter and put a premium on accuracy he started playing golf around the age of 20ish... but he really just played like everyone else only his left arm wouldnt straighten out due to his injury.... he admits that his distance was a hinderance but his accuracy more than made up for it. blah blah blah i hope that helps at all.
