Big Giants fan here. There is an amazing buzz in town because we are dreaming about 60 minutes to the Super....
But that GB offense is good. Maybe not Patriot good, but right up there. How are we going to stop 'em? Well, per ESPN, the Pack got gutted in Chicago this year during a very cold weather game. Maybe we get lucky and win the turnover battle. Although I feel like destiny brings the Pack and Pats together for the Supe--unbelievable story line. GB legend, vs. the soon to be 'benchmark' legend of Pat's Mr. Perfect.
We almost had the Pats in that last game. Lost the turnover battle which may have been the difference.
The other story line, with a Giant victory, would be the Gmen avenging their losses to Dallas, GB and, dare I, the Patriots in the Super Bowl!
All right, I am calming down now. Just lost my mind for a moment there.
But until Sunday comes and goes, I can dream can't I?

And I bring a different perspective to all this Patriot hate going on. Being a Yankee fan, and expecting to be in in the post season tournament every year sure does make me appreciate and respect the Pats. They are going to be very good for very long and have a chance each year, like our Yankees.
OK, waiting for feedback.
Coach

All I can do is downplay all the hype from both sides and hope for the best Sunday. Should be a good game no matter who wins and life will go on for the loser. It will be very cold but not the 30-40 mph wind like in Chicago. Doesn't look like snow.

Pats are at a high level but it seems like in the playoffs other teams come up a notch or two also so the Pats, as good as they are, will still have a battle with the Bolts.

On paper the Pats have already won the Super Bowl.

Yeah, but they're not playing on paper, wbl....GO CHARGERS!!!!

Of course, if Pats win I'll be pulling for the Pats since I do have family living in Boston. My 2 teams didn't make it this year...Panthers and Skins.

This is a much different Giants team than the one the played the Packers week 2. The Giants played NE better than any other team did this season and then beat 2 good playoff teams on the road.

Both teams have a great running game right now. Farve is inarguably a better QB than Eli but both are mistake prone. The team that runs the ball better and makes the fewer amount of turnovers is going to win (I know that sounds cliche, but is true in this case). The Giants pass rush is going to flush Favre out of the pocket and if he tries to do some of the crazy things he has done throughout his career it could cost the Packers.

Either way I think it is going to be a great game and I don't see either team winning by more than a TD. If the Giants lose than I will be rooting for GB in the Super Bowl.

I just went outside, and it's BRUTAL out there. Can't stand it even for a couple of minutes. I can't imagine having to play football in this. Not windy though. What really blows my mind is that people are paying $2000 and up for the chance to sit in Lambeau and freeze to death. Take that money and buy a big screen TV.

Its final Pats are in the Super Bowl, they sure didn't play the best game of the season but they still came out w/ a win. yay

2nd quarter and the Giants brought their A game today baby. Looking like they should put up some more points here... a TD would be nice but anything on the board is good for this game.
