Yes I did and I was very surprised none of the announcers said anything about it, even switched over to ESPN and they didn't say anything either. You can bet yerass they would have if Moss had done it. Again.

Billacheck (sp?) showed how little class he truly has last night. Made me even more happy about pulling for the Giants.

The heck with Belichick. How bout Strahan getting a Superbowl ring! I kept telling the guys at work, who thought a lot like Sling, that the Giants veteran defense would truly show what it means to put 110% on the line. They exceeded even my expectations. How bout Alford coming in an just steamrolling Brady at the end of the game? Mitchell, Tuck, Pierce, Uminyura, busting into the backfield like strormtroopers... My dad said "look at Brady's eyes, they're looking crossed". That defense laid him out more in one game than I think he'd been all season.

Then there is Eli. Even us Giants fans have doubted his ability to play under pressure and lead. He proved it last night, he's no longer "Peyton's little brother". Jacobs and Bradshaw ran hard and got done what needed to be done. Jacobs converting the longest yard on 4th and 1. Tyree... what the heck is on those gloves? It looked like he he had his fingers inside the friggen laces of the ball when he hauled that one in. Steven Smith, coming back from injury just in time for the biggest stretch of his life, what a performance. Amani Toomer, one of the most underrated recievers in NFL history. He kept them alive on many drives and played like the true veteran he his. Plaxico, he backed up his mouth with the game winning catch, a perfect fade route for the touchdown. Jeff Feagles, 10yrs. older than I am and still playing, not to mention still the best punter in the game. He's got his Superbowl ring.

I watched the game with my son and, as the Giants were going down the field on the first drive, I mentioned to him that I felt the Giants would pull it out. There was just that feeling in the air.

Eli certainly matured through the playoffs. I truly hope that he continues down this path and that these playoffs don't become his fifteen minutes (so to speak). Hell, the scramble that led to that phenomenal catch on the last drive, that's not something Peyton could've done!

As for the Pats, they've been running on fumes for a while now. It seemed like lately they had been doing just barely enough to win. Oridnarily that puts fear in your opponent but after dominating 3/4 of the season, just doing enough to win makes you look "more beatable than ever." Brady never had time to throw the ball and getting hit is just not something he's used to having to deal with.

Kudos to the Giants for pulling this one out; while I truly don't believe they are a better team, there's no denying that they played a better game. They just flat out wanted it more.

I didn't watch more than 5 minutes after the game ended, but the classiest thing I've seen a pro player do in a long time was Plaxico's opening comment in his on field interview..."Somebody's got to give our defense some credit"...IMHO absolutely the best thing he could've opened with.

I don't know the players, but I think the entire NY defense deserve's MVP status....#92 Strahan especially....

The best team DID win. If the Pats were the best team they would have won.

Now that's a bunch of crap and why so many other sports have "best of" series, to avoid the any given Sunday.

The team that played the better game won but you can not honestly tell me that the better team won. Hell, the "better" team didn't even win the NFC championship game. The Giants simply got hot at the EXACT right time.

The same thing happened in baseball with the Rockies, they got hot at the perfect time. However, the Red Sox played to their own ability and put the Rockies right back in there place. What we saw yesterday was a stellar defense that didn't allow an offense to play their game.

With all that being said, the Giants played an outstanding game yesterday. The defense played to their absolute best ability and the offense played above theirs. The Giants certainly deserve all the accolades they get from yesterday's win.

So all the past Super Bowl champions were not necessarily the best teams?

Even if the Pats "could" beat the Giants in a 3-game series the fact is both teams knew there was only one game. The Pats were prepared. A veteran team with all that SuperBowl experience (and success) would know how to prepare. The Pats were trying their best to win this game. But the Giants won and deserve the title. Excellent game plan and perfectly executed. Three lead changes in the fourth quarter. One of the best Super Bowl games ever. And the half time show was one of the best ever too!

I had no "favorite" as my Packers were sitting at home watching too so could just sat back and enjoy it.

Best game since Joe Willie Namath predicted the win in Superbowl III.

A guy named Brady in New York owns a bar there with his last name....father started it.

He renamed it Manning's last week.

Pretty gutsy.

i knew that if the defense got to Brady they would win.he just isnt used to having someone in his face when trying to get rid of it.

i had faith in Manning leading them down for the win.he had 5 come from behind wins going into the game.the most in the NFL.

the biggest knock on him is he just doesnt show the emotion.he is just pretty much even keeled.thats why his teammates call him Easy E. they know he wants to win but he just dosent let his emotions show thru as much.but that helps keep the rest of the team calm.they never see him panicking.

ESPN isn't getting old yet!! I called my boss today and said "18 and 1 is nothing to scoff about. ". It's great because I actually live about 35minutes from Gillete Stadium, lol. I sent my stepfather a picture of Brady on his a$$ with Strahan flexing.
