This may have happened with Alan Smith, and i am ashamed, but there are far worse chants referencing hillsborough that come from Manchester United "fans" during games against us, maybe you dont see the organised fights and ambushes, again i am only quoting what i read and hear from 2 employees i know who work for GMP, yeah you may have a higher proportion going to games, but you can't deny the fact it exists and is an ugly part of the game.

Dont get so precious ManchesterG, i wasnt condoning you for having a pop, but he was hardly as vicious in his post, actually complimenting Scholes!!, the only thing he said was jokingly about a sniper and then he took the mickey out of Kuyt!!.

We all know european justice is dodgy at the best of times!!, Lets call a truce and talk about it like adults.

Fair enough. Liverpool are damn lucky that you can get in the CL without winning the league nowadays, because we have not been good enough to win it in a long time.

And Eracer, a bit emotional, yes... it's an emotional game. Although I'm MILES away from England, I've been watching the EPL religiously and supporting Liverpool for almost 15 years. I'm as invested as a non-Englishman can be. Sometimes my posts show the positive side of that, and sometimes, well, not so much. A lot like Dirk Kuyt in that respect. The first USA World Cup Qualifier I ever attended was in 1984.... yes, EIGHTY Four. If there is such a thing as a Yank Soccer Nutter, it is I.

The 05 Team which lifted it, we far from shite.... although I do concede they never played any football as precise, attractive, or as effective as that of United do when all the parts are clicking.

Tevez was immense in the final, forgot to mention that earlier. Sure, his real name (in full, Middle Ages style) is "Tevez the Ugly" but what a player. He an Mascherano go from having trouble getting agame at West freaking Ham to integral parts of two of the CL's top clubs?

For 10 yearls Paul Scholes was the one player from United that I would really have liked to have on my team.... move over Paul. Tevez the Ugly it is.

They have one thing in common, they are relentless, if they give the ball away you know that they will get it back. Pure desire to win.

Wow, Chelsea goes to the CL final and loses on penalties and still fires Grant. First Jose and now Grant after some pretty stellar seasons. I guess you have to win it all at Chelsea or you get the axe.

Its nothing to do with the results, Mr Abramovich wants to see flowing attacking demolishing football, thats not Avram Grants style never has been, I don't know why he hired him in the first place. Rumours are that Grant would have got the sack even if he'd won Chelsea the final.
