I'm still not sure I have seen enough info to really think that much about this incident. To be real honesty, because he is not being charged with something like "Assault on a police officer", but simply "Resisting arrest" I am really yet to see anything where I would not give him the benefit of the doubt until hearing more. Just seems like someone of his size and athletic ability, if he really wanted to resist this like they indicated, it would have been a lot uglier. Hard to say though with this little information. I think if he can provide evidence that this was in fact the 6th time this happened and nothing was done prior, then it is maybe starting to resemble harassment. Not to say it couldn't have happened just as the officers said, just not enough info. Haven't even seen any information about blood alcohol level, or him refusing to agree to such tests after his arrest.

There always seems to be two sides to every story. Not sure who's telling the truth but the police in this case were LCRA police.

The LCRA, Lower Colorado River Autority controls the chain of lakes running through central Texas and they are power hungry to say the least. Bureaucrats on steroids would fit.

I was going to say, the good news is that he may have been wrongly accused, the bad news is you may have to find another way to get rid of the remainder of his 5 year 35 million dollar contract.
