What a game!

My co-worker (a Syracuse alumni) asked me if i watched the game last night. I asked, "What game?"

Holy crap! Syracuse beats UConn in 6 OT's? Wish I would have seen that one.

Sad thing is, he always takes time off to go up to the Big East tourney, but didn't this year because of an install job. So he's both happy and pissed at the same time (tired too, since the game lasted until almost 1:30AM.)

It was a hell of a game, despite the incredibly ragged officiating.

Awesome trivia I read this morning. The only previous triple overtime game in Big East history was the '81 championship game. Won by Syracuse. And __featuring Leo Rautins__. Yes, Andy Rautins, who had 6 3 pointers last night including two huge ones, is his son. He's probably been hearing stories about that game since he was knee-high.
