Skins in the playoffs again!!!

Well, I have been a Skins fan since George Allen was the coach, this is the first year in many that I've have seriously enjoyed American Football. I hope I am not gloating, and if I am, sorry.

Joe Gibbs is my hero especially when he is at the controls for the Redskins, and not Bobby Labonte, and Tony Stewart. Here's hoping that 2 of his teams bring home a Championship, as much as I dislike Tony Stewart.

Its OK you can gloat

At least till they come up here, Seattle lost one to them earlier in the year that the Seahawks should have won, but if the Skins get through to come up here We will get it back.

If nothing else, they have experience with the Playoff teams in the NFC.
Beat Chicago
Beat Seattle
Beat NYG, Lost to NYG
and Lost to TB (who they play next) by one after getting a penalty on the Extra Point, TB then went for 2 and won. Conversion was reviewed and call stood.

All were very close games with exception to the NYG games. They also played Carolina in the preseason and lost.

I'm not a Redskins fan but enjoyed that their winning kept Dallas out.

Despite a terrible year my favorite teams are still;

1. Green Bay
2. Miami
3. Whoever is playing Dallas.

It'll be interesting to see what happens with GB, looking for a new Coach and QB. Miami obviously doesn't have far to go, after all Washington won their last 5 to make the playoffs. It has to be disappointing for Dolphin fans to see Miami win their last 6 and not make the playoffs. They are a tough team to beat with Ricky Williams in the Lineup. Hopefully he will keep his head in the game.

Greenbay's gonna suck whether Farve stays or not. Too many missing parts.

Miami is close but I still think they should go after a quality QB. If they can keep Ricky off the weed and out of a mental institution they might have a chance.

Going to suck for you when the Colts win the whole thing.

I think the Colts may be the team to beat. I'm just happy that I had something to cheer about this year, it's been a long time. 1999 being the last time they made the playoffs and before that was 1992 under Gibbs.

I am more than a little concerned

Thanks boss, but now I am just hoping Sean Alexander will be back next week. This is the first real shot the Seahawks have had in a long time, and then Sean went and got hurt. That's bad enough by itself, but then I do not believe that Maurice Morris should have been the guy to replace him, we have a second string rookie fullback that I think would have been a better choice to come in. If your interested look up the stats for Leonard Weaver on the Seahawks website, the guy is great in every opportunity he has gotten.
As far as Indy being the team to beat, I am not real sure about that either Denver might get them, the Broncos looked pretty good yesterday.

They're expecting him to play. I was surprised he got a concussion from the hit, it just didn't look like much happened. He did look pretty out of it at first, although by the end of the game it looked like he had come around quite a bit. Plus I would imagine if they thought it was too serious they would have taken him to the locker room. Although Concussion seem to be one of the reoccurring things that you hate to see happen the first time.

Hey at least we got a shot now

With the Colts out, I think we CAN beat everybody who is left. Not that we will, but we can. I really thought that Denver might match up well against Indy, but I did not think Pittsburgh had a chance. Boy was I wrong there or what.
