Most Intimidating Hole I have Ever Played

Right now these are the only pictures I have. I don't know how to get the ones from the golf courses website transferred over.

Straight behind me is the green for Stonebrooke #7 (Stonebrooke Home Page). Right behind the large sand trap is the tee box for #8. You have to drive nearly 200 yds across a bay just to make the shoreline. Sounds simple, until you are standing there and it looks like 350. The 2 bays by these holes are my favorite local bass holes, and I get to see 50+ people a day come through. It is simply amazing how many people choke as bad as I do trying to make the drive. My success ratio is about 50%.
Just below my right elbow, (the one holding the fish), is the pontoon you drive your cart onto to get to the #8 fairway. I have got to know the pontoon driver quite well. What a cush job! He just drives the pontoon back and forth all day, and when there are no golfers around, he fishes from shore or practices pitching and putting on the #7 green.

That is an awesome idea with the pontoon cart ferry! I have never seen anything like that before(Course, i dont get out much either)

I remember playing a course in Buffalo New York where there is a drive over water from the tips is 260 yards to carry it, whites(What i was playing)was 225 and i dont remember the reds distance, but i cant even imagine how many balls are in that river, i played the hole twice and only lost 1 ball...i really wish i had pictures of that hole
