Right now these are the only pictures I have. I don't know how to get the ones from the golf courses website transferred over.
Straight behind me is the green for Stonebrooke #7 (
Stonebrooke Home Page). Right behind the large sand trap is the tee box for #8. You have to drive nearly 200 yds across a bay just to make the shoreline. Sounds simple, until you are standing there and it looks like 350. The 2 bays by these holes are my favorite local bass holes, and I get to see 50+ people a day come through. It is simply amazing how many people choke as bad as I do trying to make the drive. My success ratio is about 50%.
Just below my right elbow, (the one holding the fish), is the pontoon you drive your cart onto to get to the #8 fairway. I have got to know the pontoon driver quite well. What a cush job! He just drives the pontoon back and forth all day, and when there are no golfers around, he fishes from shore or practices pitching and putting on the #7 green.
