Here goes nothing.....

Well, here goes nothing. Let's see if it works....

Thought the USA Ping bag was fitting after yesterday's Ryder Cup win.

Too much reflection off the sole of the Scotty. At least, you can see the general size/configuration of this "right size" mid-mallet!

Love the bag, and a nice set of sticks there limpalong, but I count 14, plus a putter? Which one do you leave at home?

Depends which one is misbehaving! If the driver is working, either the HiBore 2 wood or the BB 4 wood is left out of the bag. If the driver is balky, it gets to sit out the round. All 10 irons stay iin the bag. I'll make 'penalty box' adjustments with the woods.

That's one wall of three, total, in that room with racked logo/collector balls. Roughly 2,000 racked. Banks and Savings & Loans that are no longer... Logos from long defunct companies... Generational logos such as 3 different Pepsi Cola logos spanning some two decades... A half dozen, or so, two color Ping balls of different color combinations... "Karsten" brand balls that were NOT 2-color... Old balls from the 50's and 60's including "Tiger" brand balls (from long before Earl Woods even drempt of marrying TW's mom), PoDo's, Spalding "Dot"'s, British Worthington "Steel Center"'s, autograph balls (Gene Littler, Cary Middlecoff, Trevino, Palmer, Nicklaus, etc.).... An old Kansas City Kings ABA logo ball... A golf ball tape measure... Just "stuff/junk"... My brother-in-law is a carpenter and built the racks in his spare time.

Limpalong - You can't be too much of an old geezer if you're still carrying a 3 iron. I think many of us old farts have retired the 2/3 irons long ago. My 3 iron has been gathering dust for years, I retired my 4 iron last year in favor of a hybrid and lately the 5 iron has been getting on my nerves.

I do admire your balls though - in a manly sort of way.

At my age, to have anyone "admire my balls".... Well.... Ummmmmmmm.....

I would be lost without my long irons. Over the years have tried, probably, 15 different hybrids. Hookers!!! All of them, cheap hookers!!!! Hate 'em... dispise 'em... can't hit 'em... And, they cost me tons of money finding out the fact I just can't make it happen with a hybrid. OTOH, I can hit my 3 iron or 4 iron on a string. Carried an Eye 2+ 1-iron up until just a couple years ago. Loved it off the tee on short par 4's. Just got so I couldn't hit it as well off the fairway, so ditched it for another fairway wood.

Hmmm... still can't get over the fact someone is admiring my.... Wait until my wife hears about this!!!!!!!

BeCopper Ping Eye2's...............still one of the best cavity back irons ever made. I still have an Eye2 2-iron, but it's not that cool copper. Very, very nice.
