I think I may have been standing next to you when you got that picture of Paula. I was there the day she wore that. I was watching her putt on the practice green.

Very cool that Paula signed your daughters hat.

Too bad Tiger won't break out of his mood & be a bit nicer & sign a couple hats & what have you for at least the kids.

Quite possibly! I had the cutest little girl there. It was Tuesday.

A smart little girl, too. She decided we should sit on the green at the ninth hole. So she got (more) autographs from players who had started on the tenth. She even got Lorena Ochoa's for me.

Re: US Women's Open

Sweet, it was definitely a different experience than the mens open. Much more friendly and outgoing than the guys.

And here I was thinking it wasn't nearly as much fun as being a volunteer, inside the ropes.

One thing I definitely learned--the next time I go as a spectator, I am going to study the course on a couple of web sites first. There were times we ended up on the wrong side of the green and just couldn't get to the next hole.

Re: US Women's Open

My wife and I were going to volunteer and I wish we would have now because all the volunteers got to play the following Wednesday. We also were in Myrtle Beach from Thur-Sun. So it would have been tough to get enough hours in Mon-Wed.
