Thread: Pic of the Year

  1. Pic of the Year

    Dave Ireland's Ace
    Monday 16 May 2005
15th hole at Portstewart Strand - 159 yards
Strong right to left breeze mastered by Dave Pepito Ireland in one mighty swing of the club.

    Great shot, great pic!
(even shows a glimpse of one of Dave's Man Boobs!!! Phily Mick eat your heart out, oh, err, he probably would!!)

Doctors say that you should eat 5 pieces of fruit or veg a day to remain healthy. Last week I ate 5 mouldy plums and that night I shat the bed. What's healthy about that?:shocked::shocked:

How's Dave doing Irish? Haven't heard from him in awhile.
There's really no point in listening to other People. They're either going to be agreeing with you or saying stupid stuff. Dogbert

    He's in Hibernation I think.

Fallen off the radar Dave, but will be back in 2006 I suspect. Last time I was in contact he had some heavy duty work gig going down. I'll e-mail him to noise him up that all you dudes were missing him bad.

Do you know the difference between a BMW and a porcupine? The porcupine has its' pricks on the outside.

  6. Is DI like 7'6" or is that the shortest flagstick in existance?

Could you even see a flagstick that small from the tee box?

    Nice pic.

  7. Great pic of a great golf shot.

Problem with links courses is the wind. The bigger the stick the more it tends to blow out of the hole on a windy day. That would be an average size of stick. Dave's about 6'1 / 6'2 (just a bit overweight!!!)

Oh, and I thought Dave was just huge and your irish holes are just bigger. Ah, ignore that last remark...
Golf is the only game you have to practice every day just to suck at.
