| Sorta like sandwedge, but i hold my club behind me and extend my arms out, then take some "swings" with my arms holding the club behind me. Really helps my back and my shoulders. Then ill take my wedges (3) and swing them 5-6 times. Then ill go through my warmup routine (54*, 9i, 7i, 4i, 3w,driver).
