What are the best pre round stretches ?

I always feel tight on the first couple of holes until I get into the round, so I am wondering which stretches you guys do pre round to get ready for the first tee shot. Also do you stretch at the course or at home before you leave. Any and all advice appreciated.

I like to hold my right arm along my side, and bend my elbow bringing my hand to my face. I use a 12 oz weight for this exercise. Oddly enough this seems to help my back pain a bit as well.

It's kinda funny, because I do some normal stretches, and some odd ones. I think it's finding what loosens you up. Mostly I focus on the legs and the back, then the shoulders. Then the key to loosening me up are 2 Jaeger Bombs for every bogey.

Funny thing though, the more bogeys I get, the worse I do!

I don't think there is anything better than 15 minutes hitting balls, just start gentle with a wedge hit a couple of balls with each club and finish off with the wedge. Take it easy take your time and you will be relaxed but loose.

My biggest thing is loosening up my back. I put a club across my shoulders behind my neck and hold both ends. Then I just twist side to side and then get into more of a golf stance and continue to twist until my back loosens up. After that I take about 20 slow and easy swings with a weighted club.

Sorta like sandwedge, but i hold my club behind me and extend my arms out, then take some "swings" with my arms holding the club behind me. Really helps my back and my shoulders. Then ill take my wedges (3) and swing them 5-6 times. Then ill go through my warmup routine (54*, 9i, 7i, 4i, 3w,driver).
