Callaway Customer Service

A few months ago my ERC Fusion driver's shaft snapped in half and they replaced it for free, just this weekend the exact same thing happened so I called today to see if I could replace it again and the rep told me sice I've been having so many problems with it they were going to replace it with an FT-3 Fusion driver for free, all I have to say about that is wow.

They are second to none, IMO.

I've had some trouble in the past, but I've always come out of it smelling like roses with Callaway. I can't say enough about them.

Great upgrade BTW!

Callaway sent it 2nd day air so I got it today, drove it atleast 25-50 yards longer and no more slices.

My sister has a bad habit of getting the wrong shaft and losing receipts. I called Callaway on different occasions and had two drivers reshafted and a new set of irons with the correct flex FOR FREE.

I called for a quote to have my recently sold X460 Tour reshafted with a Diamana Blueboard. $200. I didn't think it was too bad for a factory install.

Other than great customer service, they offer Project X shafts on their irons for no additional cost.

When you are paying $1100 for a set of irons, premium shafts should not be optional, they should always be included.

I do agree however that Callaway customer service is second to none in the golf industry, or any industry for that matter.

I can't really speak for their customer service, as we have never had an issue. Although I am pretty impressed that they finally added the option to order from their site. My wife plays Callaway Woods and Heavenwoods. As a left handed female trying to order clubs, I was less than impressed last summer when no matter who we tried to order through (went to about 15 places in 2 states), they had about a 6 week or more wait on the clubs. Nothing special. Stock LH club head, stock ladies Gem shaft and stock ladies grip. It literally took 3 months to finally receive her 5w. Had she known it was going to take 3 months to finally get all 5 of the clubs, she said she would have likely bought another brand.

This winter she said she would like to replace her 5i with a 5i/R Heavenwood. I told her I would look around for her, expecting a frickin' nightmare. Decided to go directly to the Callaway site to see if it was even available in LH with the Gem shaft. Found they now have a new order system. Ordered it online from Callaway, to which they did the searching and it shipped from an Edwin Watts in somewhere like Texas, Florida or Alabama and she had it in her bag in less than a week. They then followed up to assure we were happy with the transaction. Certainly much more enjoyable than having to do the legwork.
