my putting grip - anyone seen this ?

I "invented" a new putting grip, and it has been working excellently for me. I'm making many more 4-10 foot putts. I love it. I have shot 78-79 in my last 2 rounds with 29 putts for each one. (Yes, I don't hit a whole lot of GIR). What i do is take a interlocking grip (which i do for all my clubs, however I'm sure it would do the same with an overlap) and simply move my right middle finger further down the grip, and put my right index finger on top of the grip. This gets me putting all left hand (which is great because I'm left-handed, but play golf right) and it gets me much more tension free. It feels so stable, and i have the confidence to make every short putt with it.
Here's a few pictures I had my dad take of it. Has anybody seen this, or heard of this putting grip? Does the logic seems legit to you ?
Just thought I'd let you know, and if your putting if suffering then you should give it a go on the putting green.

Whatever gets in the hole man.

I tried that exact grip a little while ago while i was moving my right index finger around to reduce tension, ended up playing triggering the grip and it keeps it more stable for me.

I had a short lesson with Paul Runyan at Arroyo Seco when I was a kid, ever since have putted with my palms under the shaft. It has served me very well and shockingly enough NO pro has ever recommended changing it.

Think you could get some pics of your grip up?

It seems like your wrists may not be stable in those pictures. Do you use that grip for your longer putts? Which begs the questions. "Why have two putter grips?"

Here's my grip:

Movie:

In times of crisis or when I start to putt poorly, I get my palms more 'under' the club, but it always seems to gravitate back to the position in the picture.

Hey, very interested in that grip. I just tried it down stairs on the carpet and I was hitting it solid and straight, what finger position do you use. Overlap, baseball or interlock? Considering I shot 3 over today missing only 3 greens in regulation that may be what I needed.

Overlap--the index and middle fingers of my left hand are overlapping my right hand. Don't pay attention to my lower hand index finger, it's not usually that far down on the club.

It is a normal putting grip except that the hands are twisted out, putting the palms more under the putter.
