    Oh man, you had to bring it up. This is my home area and the course is only about 3-4 miles from where I live. I heard about it this morning.

    I guess this course finally found it's niche in the golf world. When we moved up here about 4 years ago the course was not bad. It got consistently worse every year. After about 2 years they put adds on the radio and the paper to come visit the "Newly redesigned course". This has been going on for about 3 years now and unless you consider adding 54 new hazards by not mowing the tee boxes a redesigned course, it is simply a cow pasture. Although the last time I played the course 2 years ago, it was only about $15 to play. I guess they have a bargain rate going now with the lap dances.

    The last time we played the grass on the tee boxes was either non-existent or you would consider it US Open Rough. I guess they were planning ahead for covering their new goal.

    edit 1 - last I played that appears to be around either the 13-14th Tee box or the 17 fairway.:laugh: Didn't remember it being that nice last time I played.

    They're back at it again. I guess if there is no recourse for the action and it makes alot of money, why stop. This time around it is for the place where they shot footage for The Sopranos.

    Pretty interesting, the guy who owns the course went out and dug a trench on the road in front the driveway of the guy who's son shot the video. Who I believe may be part of the development, as they have the same name.
