Pushing my 9 iron right, about 135 yards into the foursome ahead of me. The ball went into the guy's bag on a fly and as I drove up he had all his clubs out, shaking the bag to get the ball out.
In reality it would be the day I hit the ball straight, or shoot a 72. Or get a hole in one.

The day I hit driver of the deck and put the ball through a very small gap in the top of a tree, pure luck but i was still astonished that I pulled it off.

This past spring when I shot 39 walking the back 9 of my home course with my 12 yr. old son. Had 2 birdies back to back, 2nd one was on a par 3 that almost holed out.
I normally shoot mid to high 40's on the same 9.
The first time I hit an iron shot, the way it is supposed to be hit.
It looked just like on tv, nice and high, and it landed on the green.
Of course, it didnt stick.
I have a few.
Couple years ago I was playing in a high school match. The last hole is a par 3, about 135 yards. As soon as everyone finishes, they stand behind the green and watch the rest of the field come in. I was playing in one of the later groups so there were quite a few guys standing around. I took a 9 iron and pured it right at the flag. It landed about 5 feet past, and backed up to 2 feet. When the ball hit the green, I heard everyone watching gasp. It was a really cool feeling and the one time I've really felt like a pro. I was left with a downhill 2 footer and it was the most nervous I've ever been over a putt. I drained it....thankfully. I later learned from my teammates that there were a bunch of old guys in the clubhouse betting each other on whether I would make the putt or not.
My other was just 2 days ago. I've been playing for 10 years off and on and I'm a pretty decent player. I've shot under par a few 9's and have shot even par on 18 once. Normally shoot around 77. Somehow though, I had never got an eagle. I've had more blown eagle putts, lipped out chips, even shots that have hit the flag then I would care to think about. On Friday I drove the green on a 290 yard par 4 and drained a 30 footer to finally get an eagle. I'm hoping they will come in bunches now.
Getting into golf.
