difference between senior and normal flex?

I was looking at an TaylorMade r7 Draw Rescue hybrid, and saw that it said 22* #4 Graphite Senior Flex. What is the difference between a senior flex and just something normal?

Swing speed. Senior flex is just above women's flex. Alot whippier shaft. Regular flex is around 90-100 mph ss and senior would be 80-90 mph thereabouts. These are for drivers, I think hybrids would be identical to iron flexes where these ranges are lower.
