Who wins?

18 Holes, low score wins.
Who wins?
Each player in his prime.
Nick Faldo;
Ernie Els;
Greg Norman;
Lee Trevino;

I pick Faldo.
In fact I pick Faldo against any other player, except for Nicklaus and Woods, and maybe Hogan.
That's it.

Lee Trevino, he knew how to get his ball in the hole no matter what the situation.

Trevino did!
But he lost to Nicklaus a lot.
Faldo lost to nobody when he was in the zone.
Norman lost to everybody.

Libre, I don't think he lost to everybody when you consider he's got close to 90 worldwide victories and spent 331 weeks at world #1.

I'll grant you everything you want to say about his losses, but you specifically said "in his prime" and IMHO in his prime there were none better than Greg Norman.

Well, I'll grant you everything you want to say about his successes.
He could whip the field most any week - except in the majors, where his record is pretty hideous. True, he has 2, which is 2 more than the vast majority of professional golfers, 1 more than Scott Simpson, the same number as Andy North, and one less than Larry Nelson.
So, in real pressure situations, the Shark's game always seemed to go South. But, he was always gracious and a gentleman, I'll give him that.

My heart says Trevino, but my mind says Norman.

Not Els, probably not Trevino. A tossup between Faldo and Norman. If it isn't a major, I would probably go with Norman.

Norman wouldn't win because he'd always choke when it came down to it. Either choke or the other guy would pull some rediculous shot outta his ass.

Norman= the unluckiest player in golf.
