Funny thing - up until ten years ago I was a very late sleeper. Friends and family would actually joke about it. I could sleep for 24 hours after a party. And almost never got up before noon on the weekend (unless I was playing golf, or fishing). Needed three alarm clocks, blah, blah, blah.

Now, I'm usually up at 7:00am, almost NEVER sleep past 8:00am, and this morning (for some bizarre reason) I woke up at 3:00am and couldn't get back to sleep.

Getting old sucks...

And what about you? You got a tee time?

Bah, you guys are late, I was logged on at 5:30

I've gotten into the habit of sleeping 6 hrs. and after that I just can't fall back asleep. I was always the same way as well, sleeping late but not anymore. It's a good thing though, early mornings can be quite relaxing.

I usually have my workout done by 7am. When you have little ones, you get used to being in bed by 10:30 and up ~6

In bed by 9PM, up at 4AM, work at 5AM. No little ones required.

Ha, sounds just like me. This morning it was my adorable 3 month old girl who thought it was neat to be up at 5:30. Sigh. Funny thing is, she falls back to sleep about 10 minutes before I leave for work at 7!

PS: Tee time is at 12.

I could sleep for 12 hours at a time and past noon, I dont really like to do it much becuase it kills my day but I love to sleep.

Weekdays are bed at 10, up at 5am on the range by 6:15. Instead of sleeping on weekends for some ungodly reason Im up by 7 and cleaning and such till 12, then relaxing or playing golf all afternoon.

The worest part is- I AM a little one

I used to be a late sleeper, until I started to Golf about 6 years ago. It is amazing how the game will change your life and outlook. Now I get up at the crack of dawn and wonder if there is anywhere without a frost delay, or a place to play.

I'm up late and sleep all afternoon when I can.

Weekdays are bed 12:30 - AM Up for class at 7.
Friday night I'm in bed by 2 as I usally have to referee hockey around 11.

Saturday night I turn in around 3am and I get up around 2PM.
