#9 On Orange County National's Crooked Cat. Its a drivable par 4, requires about 285 carry over water/hazard but theres a bailout right if you can carry 260. Smoked my driver and hit the front of the green, rolled back to the pin, about 12 foot. Eagle two.

My first birdie ever years ago, when I was a beginner trying to break 120.
I hit a horrible tee shot on a par 3 to an elevated green. Unfortunately, I was at the bottom of the hill in trees and couldn't see the green because it was about 50 feet above me. I skulled a sand wedge that ran through a greenside bunker, hit the lip, popped up in the air, hit the stick on the way down and went into the hole.

They guys I was playing with went nuts! They described the whole thing to me while laughing their butts off!

I have a couple that I remember,

In 05'...playing through a 5'some....a 155 yard par 3,...nice high shot, one big bounce and short roll,...in the bottom of the cup..a hole in one! and I had several folks as witnesses.....high fives all around!

this year,.....a 450 par 4,...hit a decent drive but kinda short,..I was left with about 225, slight dog leg to the right,..I hit three wood,... turns right towards the green, land just short, rolls perfect about 4 feet from the hole...it was beautiful!......then I two putt

I have one "Hole in One"...and it was beautiful.

Breaking 90 is not a problem...but it seems like I'll never break 80

Low 9 holes: 38
Low 18 holes: 82

First Birdie

Some shots i remember, many lucky ones too, but the first birdie i shot - i wont forget!

About 10 years ago back home in sweden.
Par 4 left dogleg. Hit a 5 iron straight into the fairway - i thought 'finally a good shot today' then during the ballflight something came from the right flying towards my ball....my ball landed way short of the corner and the little bird lay next to it - quite dead

First proper birdie though

well lets see i have 2.

1. par 4 340 yards. i swear the yardages were way off but my girlfriends dad swore they were as close to being accurate as possible. but i drove it just 10 yards short of the green and chunked a chip shot onto the green 20 feet short of the pin where i 3 putted for bogey

2 par 5. i smoked a beautiful drive right down the middle and hit a little 6 iron into the green where i promptly 3 putted for par.

notice a trend. thats how it works for me.

Saturday afternoon I was playing a tight course, each fairway lined with trees or water or both. I over drove the dogleg on a dogleg right and ended up in the trees. The 2 gents I was playing with were saying I was going to have to chip out and take my medicine. But there was a break between 2 trees and the lowest branches were about 12 feet up. I had already blown the 1st 9 holes so figured I had nothing to lose. I grabbed my 3 iron and took a deep breath. I hit a perfect hooded 3 iron that screamed a good 160 yards into the bunker in front of the green, never getting more than 6 feet off the ground. I then blasted out of the bunker to about 3 feet from the hole and putted in for a birdie. The 2 guys I was with couldn't believe I had birdied the hole after being that deep in the woods. Come to think of it, neither can I.

This was last year when i was 12 and trying to keep breaking 100. I took a nice drive 150 down the middle and i took a 3-wood into the green. I hooked it onto the fringe about 50 feet away from the cup. I stepped up and chipped it in for my very first birdie.
