Thread: My new golf cart....

  1. My new golf cart....

    Notice the golf bag doors.

4WD for those pesky elevated tees.

Oh, and yeah, it has a hemi.

  3. A Hemi? a Hemi? what in the world are you doing w/ one of those? W/ a Dodge you gotta buy a Cummins. Execpt diesel will be $4.50 a gallon by the middle of the summer. Nice truck BTW, even if I'm a Chevy fan.

So, it takes all 4 golfers with their bags and carts in the bed. Nice trip vehicle.

  10. It is a gas guzzler, just like every other full size P/U on the market.

Pretty much the same as my 6 cyl. van believe it or not.

This is a bit of a treat for me, it's fecking loaded and I have always had to 'settle' in the past. First time I've had 4WD (except for that POS '63 Willy's CJ5).

    I LOVE it!

    Nice truck,
And yep, I don't think there is a single fullsized P/U that gets decent mileage. Couple guys at work have F150's & they all get 14mpg or so.

All the window stickers lie, even with the new updated way of testing mileage they are still way off. 1 of the things that persuaded me to buy my Equinox was the mileage, supposed to be 19 city 25 highway. I have never gotten better than 23 & my normal average is 20, I don't live in a city so I have very little stop & go driving.

I call it a glorified mini van. Needed something that would pull a 3500lb trailer & didn't need another pickup.
