Pull hook

i seem to have this lingering pull hook that creeps back every once and a while. I am a fairly decent player 8 hdcp and i naturally have a pretty vertical swing and a neutral grip. So heres whats been happening; i recently started playing a lot again and before the last 6 months i never hooked the ball, my ballflight was always dead straight. So when i started playing a lot again i have been going between a slight slice and a pull hook/snap hook on first drives and now on long irons(6 and down). So i havent been slicing it for a while but the hook seems to be staying and worse on some days than others. Sometimes i hit it thin and left, and other times hit it solid and left. my divots for the most part point down the line most of the time, but most times when i hit i left its thin and there isnt a divot. Sometimes i feel as though i am lifting my head (or moving my hips right then left though impact) and pulling in my arms causing me to hit it thin and left, but sometimes it feels like i get late and drop my right elbow in(usually results in a snap hook with driver). I feel like i know what is happening but i dont know what to do abt it, and when i try and do something it just makes it worse or i start slicing it. so if anyone has any drills or suggestions that would be great. thanks

Your first move from the top is probably a yank down with your hands. Maybe try taking it slow and easy after your windup finishes and think about starting the downswing with the lower half of your body.

yup... OTT, closed face = pulled hook.

disclaimer - I know nothing about the golf swing, but I have cured my OTT thanks to Mr Pennick's magic move
