Today I was hitting my 8 iron just a touch over 140 & my 5 iron is up to 170+. Fairway woods have increased as well, except for my driver, still stuck in the 220-240 area with an occasional lucky assed shot that at times has hit 270.
Anyone else see similar improvements? And no i don't need anyone coming in & telling me I hit like a girl & they can hit a PW further than I can hit my 5 iron.
Those are getting to be decent numbers. Distance is the result of a good swing, delivering the clubhead at maximum velocity to the ball, whilst still striking it as close to the center of the face as possible. Experience absolutely has a lot to do with that.
