Callaway Preowned Rating System

For those who used Callaway Preowned. How well do they rate their products. Are they better than average like Global Golf? Im looking for an FT-i.

I have never used them personally. My buddy though, about 2 weeks ago, bought an Odyssey 3 ball putter-easily the size of a VW but thats beside the point- that was in above average condition (I think that was their term) and when it arrived you could NOT tell it was ever hit. My guess was that it sat in a shop and was hit a few times-there were a few LIGHT scuffs on the sole but I mean the club was mint-near perfect. He paid $80 for it- not sure what they are going for now.

I hope this helps and would guess that they are alot like Global in their rating system-more conservative.

My FT-3 was one of their "certified" clubs & they listed it in "good" condition. Seriously I couldn't see a mark on it anywhere, it looked brand new to me. The X-18's were I believe average yet once again I would have rated them a lot higher.

I've picked up a couple things from Cally pre-owned and can only echo what these guys have said. I would even go so far as to say that they under rate their clubs more than GG.

Im looking for an FT-i and they only have Like New stuff. Im gonna wait till they get some more inventory.
