3 Wood Tee Shots

Left the driver at home. Not that it isn't going well, but I wanted to gauge how my 3 is doing. One word: Perfect.

Averaged 280-300 off the tee with the thing, some as low as 260 though. Still, for most intents and purposes, good to know I have this club.

Downside? On 18 I hurt my hand pretty nasty like, think I came down from my swing and caught some old sprinkler head or something. Club is fine though. Swollen the wee bugger be.

Gotta love the nice New Mexico air.

Still long no matter where you are though.

That's deep with a 3w. Playing in cool sea-level air up here I have to absolutely roast my 3w to get 250 out of it.

Well, as I've said before, I lose about 6-8% when I go to sea-level locations. Which is considerable.

Oh, and its a Tour Spoon, so 13*.
