"Something Evil" looking for a new bearer!

Beware, by reading this post you may be drawn into a dark and sordid world!

I bought this item off Wirehair last year. He taunted me for weeks until I finally relented. It is almost like the Ring, Tolkeinesque. It currently sits in the corner of my room and winks at me. Occasionally I give it some “carpet time”, but I have come to the realization that it is way too light for me. I would have to back weight the shxt out of it” and chop the length off it. I don’t want to mess with it.

I have thought about holding onto it as an investment / keepsake, but really I cannot justify it, so I am giving someone here the opportunity to own a unique flat stick, something evil! There is nothing out there I have ever seen close to this bad boy!!

I am just putting a feeler out there for now, hence it is not in the classifieds. PM me if you are interested. It will not be cheap!

Here is the link off Wirehair’s site. I must say it is everything he described. It also comes with a snazzy leather grip and Scorry headcover / tool/ cloth / certificate etc.

Something Evil!

"Custom 3X black Newport with very rare shaft & black Mini-Crown headcover. One of the best looking OTR's I've ever seen. This is your basic Newport Gun Blue, but I really went off the reservation. I had a 3X black finish done (matte topline, satin face, glossy sole) and did an all gold paintfill. Found a black G. Loomis tour graphite shaft from the early '90's , gripped it with a black leather GripMaster & topped it with a black Mini-Crown headcover. It's wicked looking and is the putter Paladin would carry if he played golf. Makes me want to get a shoulder holster to carry it."

My .02 on this one.

I think that is the most striking putter I've built/owned, and you've got to see it to appreciate the black/gold combo. The headcover is one of the most desired of all Scotty's limited covers, and the shaft is totally unlike anything else.
