I hate the handicap system. I was 10.4 which I think is about right for me as I seem to average ~80 or so. My last few scores have been 75ish and my index tomorrow after the revision is going to drop prob to 7 or 8.

This will bump me into the champ flight and I will get killed in all club events for the rest of the season... oh well.... have some wine and life is still good

You should be thankfull you get to play against better compitition. If I were on the bubble for top flight I would make sure I am in the better division.

You might wanna give a 8.5 with a low traj. shaft a try..it might bring your launch angle wich at the moment isnt bad 15 degrees is around what i hit my 7.5 with mid spin..but if you want to lower the spin i'd try a 8.5 with a NV 75x it'll give you a lower launch angle and less spin..or jus slap the NV on the driver you have now..cuz if you go lower in loft it's usually harder to control the shots

I'm proud to say, I started the year off on a 17.1 index and I am now on a 12.5. I'm hoping to be single figures by the end of the year. I am only playing once a week at the moment.

ended last year around 9.6 or 9.8 can't remember......been down to 8.2 during the spring......but I have only played 6 rounds since march and have moved back up to 10.2........hopefully I will be able to slide it back down if I start playing more.

My HC is lowest in August and highest in February. Right now it's a 10.5, was a 11.5 early spring, and lowest was a 9.1 last August.

How I ever got it down to a 9.1 I have no idea.
