Got the Phil syndrome....

I have played my last three rounds on three different courses with completely different bags setups. I don't know if I have gone "genius" or "idiot". I have gone out with no driver, swapped three iron for hybrid, dropped the 3 for another wedge, I played a shorter course with 3w, 5w, hybrid and carried my 3i. I played a course I hadn't been on in about two years with a pretty standard setup....but when I play it again friday.....I am gonna go with the no driver, 3w, 5w, hybrid setup....drop the 3i and add a wedge. Anyone else change up for different courses?? I am thinking about playing a round with two putters......

Jason

I think you should go with a standard setup, but make every other club left handed.

Kind of like Phil, only schizo. Wait a minute, that's a redundancy.

Why the HELL would you use two putters? That's very ridiculous.

I used to change between a 5 wood and a 2 iron in high school depending on the type of course I was playing and the shot type that would prove most effective. Now with the new technology I just flight my 5 wood to do the job. I don't recommend constantly changing your bag around, find a set up that works, and if you want to exchange a 3 iron for a wedge when you play a course that you would never need to hit a 3 iron that is ok but keep the changes small.

I actually understand why he might want to do this. I have one putter that
is much better on long lags, and another which is better on short putts.
Over 25 feet, use putter A, under use putter B.
