Nickent DX4 shafts

Is there a significant difference between the UST sr3 and V2 shafts for the Nickent DX4 hybrids? The price for these clubs (new) on ebay is really low relative to retail but they all have the UST sr3 shaft and not the V2 which is what you get when you buy these clubs in the store.
