This man was my college roommate 100 years ago, former PGA member, we palyed on Cape Cod.

Joe Dougherty, a.k.a. "The Hawaii Specialist" has spent 40+ years in the travel industry. After a career as a sales rep for Northwest Airlines, Joe developed a golf package program for a major tour operator. In 1977, he opened a travel agency in Manhattan Beach, Calif., that specialized in Hawaii travel.
