Let's take a vote. I'm for greens (or maybe blues for a scramble) but NOT the black. If sssmokin and I were playing it we'd play the whites. This is a Nicklaus course. He can make them nasty hard. Look at the slope ratings.

I vote green with the occasional blue thrown in. After looking at the card again it doesnt seem to long from most of the green tees.

The course I played today was comparable to the blues at The Bull & for my game it was just a touch too long. 6,840 yds is a long assed course for myself.

Greens get my vote.............and if we play a scramble, then an occasional blue will work too. Looking forward to this Sunday.

I like the scramble format we did last years at Silver Spring. Nobody but you needs to know your actual final score so if it isn't all that great no need to tell anyone. Every hole you take the score of the person who did best on that hole. Takes the pressure off of having to score well but you still get to keep your own score to see how you did relative to the course.
