    Golf Shop In Orlando???

I will be going on a golfing holiday to Orlando, Florida in a few weeks time. I am desparately looking for a new putter, and possibly a new set of irons, so can you recommend any good golf shops in Orlando? I know the ones in Carolina are really good, some being the size of supermarkets, but I've never been to florida.

    Thanks....

I think there are 100 golf shops in orlando. The prices are higher so you might want to buy before you go.
Look up the edwin watts on turkey road. The manager there is a great guy.

  5. Where are you staying? The big dog in town is Edwin Watts and they have several stores around the city, but the big one and the clearence center are up off of International drive.

Golfsmith now has 2 stores in Orlando, but neither is too close to the typical tourist areas. The closest one is in the Millenia area just off of Interstate 4.

You expect me to know that? It's disturbingly close to Disney though it's not actually a Disney hotel...

  7. Disturbingly close to Disney is my back yard. Edwin Watts on Turkey Lake road will be probably be your best bet. Just up Interstate 4 to Sand Lake road and go west on Sand Lake. First traffic light that you can take a right at is Turkey Lake Road, take a right onto it heading North. Edwin Watts is less than a mile on the right (hard to see from the road, you will proabably miss it and have to turn around.)

If you willing to brave I4 for a bit more, you can continue on up the highway a few miles to the Millenia exit and check out the Golfsmith store.
