Maybe Al can fly around in his private jet and pick them out of the swamps. Ever feel like the entire world is losing its mind?

Hmm. Men who produce need permission from men who produce nothing in order to have a livelihood. We have professional politicians. Property rights are negotiable. Freedom is a privilege.

Do you ever feel like the world ISN'T losing its mind? It's OUTLAWING the mind.

I didn't see anything in that video that I'm convinced was even a golf ball.

  6. Re: Perhaps Al Gores next project?

For some strange reason I thought it was funny when they discovered ''it can take between 100 and 1000 years for a ball to decompose naturally''

Thats kind of like a guy giving an autopsy and saying that the person died between 4 hours and 6 weeks ago.

Narrow it down a little, boys!!!!

As long as golf balls don't have a Mercury or Plutonium core, who gives a $hit? They are hurting anything, there are things in the lakes a lot worse than golf balls.

The guy that wrote the article probably can't hit a golf ball 50 yards and hates the game after one failed attempt at playing it.

They say that a golf ball has a high amount of zinc in it. Of course, a US penny is 98% zinc. Maybe that will be the next environmental fatwah.

I admit, I'm part of the problem. Just yesterday I contributed 2 Titleists to the lakes and streams. Ya know, Titleists do make the best splashes, much more diverting to plunk a nice ProV than a ratty old Top Flite.
It must be awful to have to work for a living.

I am really surprised that CNN had the time to report such a story. I would have thought that fawning over Hussein Obama, worshipping Nancy Pelosi, and misrepresenting terrorism as PTSD would be full time job.

Then we should destroy all the wishing well, and public water features where people throw their change in. The water is recirculated, and evaporates and will eventually make it's way to us again..
