My new sticks

Awwwww right... it's a slow on golf forums for some reason or another, so I'm peeking in here to see wassup. I dunno how to do the gallery uploads so I'm using good ole html tags. Maybe Sling can upload 'em for me.

Most of what you see is about a month old... rest of which is no more than 6 months. I'm a ho. Specs are: Cobra 460SZ 9.5 deg Fujikura Speeder 652 R flex 45 1/2 inch. Sonartec SS 3.5 14 deg Fujikura Tour Platform stiff. Sonartec MD 19 deg hybrid Fujikura Banzai stiff. Ping i5 4 thru PW black dot (standard length & lie) CS Lite stiff. Ping Tour wedges 50/54/60. Scotty Red X 33". The bag is a Sun Mountain SCR. Road bike you see in the background is a Litespeed if anybody is interested. :?

No R35 the MP32s are not for sale yet...

If it weren't for the cavity on the back of the I5's sticking out so much, I would genuinely really like them. Ping equip. is definately becoming more pleasing to the eye, imo....

Rockford35 will become famous soon enough
I'm not much of a Ping guy myself, but the black on the Tour wedges is appealing.

LBC, the word "yet" implies a future sale, does it not?

These are my first Pings. I have avoided them in the past for the same reasons you describe... but I care more about medium to thin sole, a thin topline at address and mild to no offset. Those were all big problems before if you were thinking Ping. With the i5s the club at address will definitely please most traditional club minded player. You can't see the cavity back at address.

They look good.

I just got new Adams A2 OS Hybrids irons and for the first time I have begun using head covers to keep them banging together.

Worth considering?

I got covers that have a nylon rope laced through the top so as to not lose them.

I am really fond of the Ping Tour wedge I have. Really like the weight.

LBC, those i5's and wedges just look entirely to clean next to the others, you need to go give them some battle scars.

... you definately cannot see the sole at set up like you can on the G2's, although it has a little thicker top line than the i3+'s, I really like the less offset on the i5's.

Nice Sticks.
