I constantly remind myself to keep my head down, count to 3 after making contact with the ball, then look up. Helps me keep my head still through the swing. I'm a Pelzer as well. Short back, longer follow, no wrist.

I practice quite a bit on the carpet in my living room. I putt to a 32oz. cup from 6, 9, and 12ft. I find that a consistent follow through helps to control speed as well as keeping it on line.

I don't putt anymore. I just make my approach shot. It's a lot easier that way and it frees up room for another club in my bag..............

Actually I point the name on my ball right at the hole. That way when I look down at it I can keep everything square easier. Like some of these other guys, I look back and forth a few times... then keep my head down and try to make a smooth stroke with a good follow through.

Hey Bob

Nice tip. Worked well, even on long putts. Simple. Thanks.

I have gotten a lot better at putting in the last two years and what has help me alot is on the practice greens i putt with my eyes closed and listen for the sound of the ball in the cup. It has helped me to stop peaking at the ball. As far as my stoke i use an arc.
