Anyone familiar with Precept EC603 Pro Spec Irons?

i just bought a set of these brand new for only $100 from a friend, I hear they're designed for low handicap golfers (I'm about a 25 handicap) so I'm hoping they'll help me play better. Anyone know anything about them? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated, thanks!
