Name the time and place... Somewhere cheap and not overly long. Unless of course you have a spare driver I might borrow. I am waiting for one to arrive but may get it by Mon. or Tues. Triggs is nice but will be more expensive for you. There is a cheap track I've been playing, Meadowbrook, that's in excellent shape for the price. I am also used to it so I'll look good there. lol. It's only a tad over 6K yds. but it's fun. You'll probably come close to parring it if you're drives are on considering your wedge play. I could definitely give you some competition w/ a 15 cap at the moment there. It's off RT. 138 in Hope Valley RI. $18 on a weekday and they know me well so getting an extra 9 in no prob.

Well there's a great teack here, Shennecossett, that's a Donald Ross design and pretty cheap, but it's on the wrong side of me, so it would be a long haul for you. What about Foster CC? I think they have decent rates, and it's a pretty nice track. Oh, and if you're willing to drive to putnam, i think they have $40 play all day with cart and lunch on Tuesdays, that would be cool

40 dollas, good looowd that's a lotta money. I'm pretty broke but I could swing something. I'd rather not play Triggs without a driver. The par 4's would get mightly long. Unfortunately I have an appointment late Tues. afternoon so that would kind of ruin the "play all day". What do you have kicking around for driver's. I could be more influenced knowing I don't have to deal with 230-240yd. tee shots all day and 5 and 6irons in. I wish I had bought a driver last week instead of messing around with BS. I'll check out the rates/layout at Foster.

Neal, I would like to try whatever you got with a high kickpoint S or X flex shaft. (NV preferred) I will most likely be using 5W most of the time anyway as I hit every fairway on the back today and if I averaged it all out probably only lost about 8.5 yds. per drive vs. my R7. Draw magic baby!!

$40 is pretty steep if we don't get in at least 36, so maybe we can find somewhere a lil cheaper

OK. I'll take a look but Foster is pretty expensive I think. Country View and Meadowbrook are the two cheapest I know of that are even worth the time. I just shot myself in the foot for competing with you though. Dropped to a 14.7 today. We'll have to work on our "stategy" to take on those Vermont dudes when they come out of hibernation. I can always meet you somewhere too and drive together to save a few bucks. I got ice cold A/C and about 14MPG lol.
