Shoot, I shoot scratch, and my dad is in the 90s and he's the best coach I've ever had, and I respect every word he says. Just a little consideration is what I'm going for, I guess.

oh way back on GR i was like all the new members both here and at GR: i gotta portray myself as all good and mature, so everybody likes me and respects me. christ man, its way more fun to see the skin get thin on all these jokers. i portray the same personality and attitude here as i do anywhere in the world. i can be helpful and polite and considerate when nesecary, but on a golf forum, talking to a bunch of middle aged hacks... why would i bother, and why should anybody else. i guarentee most people here aren't like they are in real life. hell most of ya like the ezra fellow, well hes a convict, a criminal! and sure as hell isn't the nice guy you see on here.
just be yourself, have fun, and screw around. call it troll-esque behaviour if you please, but it kicks the hell outta putting on a show with every damned meaningless post...

The point isn't whether they are good people, good golfers, or good in bed, the point is some of them have some great advice, and the proof is in the pudding for that. If you feel their posts are they useless, don't read em, you'll be wasting you're time anyway, right?

And take it from a decent golfer, you'd be suprised what information some people have to offer.
