There's an upgrade coming.....

Vbulletin has put out a substantial upgrade. I have it and will install it late this week or early next. I will probably have to do the gallery software as well.

I HATE upgrades. Royal pain in my rear end! I lost the gallery the last time I did it so I wait for signifigant upgrades now before I attempt it.

Do any of you meditate? I'd like to learn how, I think I may need some inner calm before I proceed.

That's ok. I only have 3 clubs left from "my bag" picture I posted in the early spring.

Sit somewhere really quiet, then just sit there. Keep your mind off of EVERYTHING, dont think of a thing. Just relax and sit and breathe deep. Thats pretty much it.

RAther than meditate, pick up an old junker computer and a crow bar. When your upgrade seems like it isn't working, beat the living hell out of the old computer with the crowbar. You'll feel better and can return to your duties with renewed vigour.

Sounds a lot like getting stoned, except without the munchies.

Sounds great Sling, as long as we don't lose any members in the process, maybe Ezra, but as long as everybody else makes the transition.

If you want me to pull anything down (user info, pics etc) and store it here, let me know. I can always FTP it back up there after the upgrade

Thanks VT. I'll consider the offer.

I had the pics on the server the last time but there were so many of them to upload manually I just said , screw it.

The software for the gallary has changed owners, so, while I still have a license, Getting the necessary documentation together will be harder tha just buying it again....lot's to think about.

It actually is alot like getting stoned, but without the munchies (saves money, which im all aboot), and i can still perform on the course.

Although! maybe if i was stoned on the course, i wouldnt be thinking about mechanics, or anything for that matter at all.... hmmm, thats something to consider right there Id be alot calmer too, if i hit a bad shot, id most likely just find it funny instead of frustrating.

Wouldn't work too well for me (haven't touched the stuff in years). I'd probably start my backswing and then think "whoah, my feet look huge in these shoes". I'd be willing to bet I could read putts better though.

Sling- Just want you to know how much I appreciate the hard work and effort you put into keeping this site going. Thanks.
