Back to earth

I had the classic "post-round-of-my-life" return to reality yesterday.

After carding the 73 on Thursday I thudded back to the ground with an 82...and with an 8 handicap this is a pretty typical round.

Just couldn't recapture that magic from two days prior.

Golf...the game we have to love and love to hate. The humbling mistress..

Happens to all of us. Usually when I go lowere I start getting closer to that # more consistantly in the future though. Although an 82 is a very good round for me. I'm going to have fun after coming back from this week long trip. I'll be returning to play the 129 slope, 600yds. longer course down the road. I'm willing to bet it takes 4 or 5 rounds for me just to break 90 there.
