Oops i did it again........

no, not an overnight marriage, the TA1's are gone, the supersteels are in, i couldn't stand the TA1's in the cold, i went out and played my best round of the year with supersteels....... I 100% withdrawal any comments about blades over cavity backs and so forth, rock, i apologize for many blades over your huge x-16's even though you no longer have them, which btw, was a very stupid move on your part, i'm so glad i had these supersteels as a back up option, I will rebag the TA1's and start over this upcoming summer............ to be continued, oh i forgot, I apologize to a certain person that told me not to mention his sn, about any comments about how real men play blades, apparently i am still very much a child......

i take it back, rock, i don't apologize, i would have, but u shouldn't have sold your x-16's

Personally, it would seem to me that putting the X16s in the mail before hitting the Mizzies is a risk that doesn't seem worth taking.

And Youngun, good call. I'm glad to see that you were able to put "pride" aside and pull out what you know and can deal with. It's kinda like course management on a grand scale. Don't go for the glory just in case it works, go safe because you know it will work and go for the glory when you're ready.

The only thing I don't like about the TA1's is the high ball flight and spin in the wind. I have to play all knock down shots or trap the ball or I have a horrible day.

Gun, you deserter!!!

But, still, I'm glad you have enough sense to realize how hard it is to play blades, just to come back and see how easy it is to play forgiving clubs. Just look at the TA1 as practice irons.
But I'm still sticking to my guns (no pun intended), I mean my TA1

S,

I have hit the Mizzie's before. In fact, I own one already. It's been my practice club since January. I use it in my indoor net. After two full months of practice almost every night, i'm more than happy with the feel and performance of them.

I also demo'd a set last fall and liked them. It was during my blades period where I was questioning them and their pros and cons.

Obviously, I talked myself into this.

I decided to go full out and dedicate my game to the Miz's. That way, i'll have to work harder at my game if it's not there. Call it personal motivation.

Oh, and Gun, no worries. I knew you'd figure it out. Good luck with the quick switch. Time will tell if I'm an idiot for the switch, but i'm not worried about it in the least. I'm pretty comfortable in adjusting. I mean, I went from Big Bertha's to X-16 Pro Series in basically 2 days, i should be able to bump it up a notch again.

We'll see, Gun. We'll see.

You can always sell your Cayenne to come up with a down payment on a new set of Callawaytooexpensives.

Rockford, I'm tearing up here.... I'm so proud...

Now, in light that you are now on an opposing team, I suggest that you go all out and get hickory shafts in your driver and woods.

Get used to crying, BD.

Nice work, Gun. Those old Cleveland's just couldn't get'er done, hey?

I'm kidding dude, nice shooting.

Keep us up to date on how things are going with the team. Good and bad.

Cheers,

R35

Nice work gun. Keep it up and keep us posted.

I've heard there will be significant flooding this year from the rivers flowing from up north. At first I thought it would be coming from the Canadian Rockies as the snow melted, but it's obvious now that it will be the tears of the Canadian Shottalk team.

We played Dave, well played.

I've also heard that the water will be much more yellow than in previous years. Canadian beer just makes me pee....

today wasn't too bad, the wind was terrible, we're talkin 50 mph plus. i just could never get anything good going, kind of a streaky type of round. lag putting was excellent, had many putts rim out. i was happy to shoot in the forties today.

WILL SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THE GUIDLINES ARE FOR ME POSTING MY NINE HOLE ROUNDS IN OUR TOURNAMENT!

i don't care what it is really, just both sides need to agree on how i'm gonna post.
