Todays 9 hole round....

well today was a bit weird. i hit 3 drives of over 300 yds in 9 holes. i drove a 349 yd par 4(wayyyy down hill) and hit another drive on a 403 yd par 4 to just inside the 90 yd marker. on the second hole i hit a bomb, the farthest drive i had ever hit and at a good time. i had just hit a shank drive over the net on the first hole and made 7 on a par 4. next hole, par 5 450 yds, i hit my drive to the 125 yd marker on the nose and there is no downhill what so ever.

yup, 325 yds, by far the longest i had hit it going into that day.

i dont know what came over me, ive never hit it that far, i mustve averaged 290-295 yds a pop.

anyways, i shot a 38, with only 1 birdie. my birdie chip, with my new gap wedge, from off the green hit the pin dead straight in the middle and bounced back, and i missed a 2ft putt on 7 for birdie(what a dumbass i am for missing that putt!! , i didnt even line it up) but i was on in 2 on both par 5's for the first time ever.

anyways the moral is i had a 7 on the first hole, 3 over and i finished with a 38, 3 over par. if it werent for that damn first hole, which at 310, is the 12th easiest on the course.

i also bogeyed the easiest hole, those were my only bogies of the day.

It was good you hit the pin but a ..that missed putt was uncalled for. Blame the super. But hey, what are you going to do.

I played today and hit the stick from 140 and it dropped down to an ich away. Nice little birdie. Of course I trippled the next hole to get myself to +7 through 16. . Friggin golf.

Nice driving. I had a good day with the long ball myself. Wind seemed like it was in my face on every hole. I was 5yds. short of the driving the 1st hole, 293, with a draw into a 15 mph wind. I actually would been on with the distance had the shot drawn a few yards less than it did. I love this new driver.

Can't beat good drives congratulations, I personally put my woods aside today and shot a 35 which is my best 9 in 2 years with just irons. (I put a 2 Iron in the bag to compansate)

Very nice, also had a good day driving. Hit 12/14 fairways and my two misses were barely off.
