Don't they make some auto repair stuff that closes it up without any evidence?

I too just use a little marker on skymarks. I tried some automotive stuff on my old R7, it came out like crap as I tried hitting it with some 400grit 1st, bad idea.

Does anyone know where you can send a head to get redone. Custom colors? I was thinking of getting my 200steels painted but not sure it's worth it.

Repaint the head, for the costs involved it is well worth it.
I paint them all the time, $25, repainted, clear coat applied. They look like new.
You can do it for less if you want to do it.
Magic Marker is ok for touching up a little scratch, but not big ball marks on the crown.
Here are some photos of a R510 that had a ball mark on the toe, on top. I did not paint the entire clubhead as I wanted to leave the original TM lettering on it.
The other clubs are TM 200 series Fairway woods I redid for a guy.

Where'd you get it repainted GolfBum?

I'm very paranoid about skymarks on my pretty r7s, and have never gotten any, but it would be useful to know.
