tourneys in the south? - Shot Talk

I am heading to the Fla, Ga, Alababma area on Jan 2nd for a month. Was wondering if anybody knows anything about any amatuer, or any other kind of tournaments that anybody can sign up and play. Dont know if this a fantasy or dream but would like to find something like it?....

any help?
