scotty circa 62 putters

i tried the #2 and #3 in store and felt very nice to me.. maybe nicer then the newport i tried.. anyone else tried the circa 62 putters? I've been thinking of picking one up

Hi, I just bought one and I love it! It feels great and mine has the leather stitched grip. I have never putted with a leather grip before, but it feels good. The only problem I can see is with keeping the head dry and using the supplied cloth to wipe it down after each round. I have been told that they will rust quickly if not taken care of. Mine came with instructions and the cloth. My course is closed now as I am in the north, but I have putted on a indoor green for a few hours so far with my #2. It has great feel and I like the way it looks and sets up. It is my first Cameron and so far I am in love.

I'm diggin #3. The finish is very impressive. Cool that there's a plumber neck available.

I almost bought a #2 supersized with a coke! The #2 almost fit the style of the putter i was looking for (laguna/zing 2) but was not exact so I passed on it. It felt good but if the appearance is not there at address then I think you would be wasting your money.

The '62s frame the ball at address quite nicely. The head has a fairly well polished finish but the inset on the flange below "Cameron" is dull. That contrast worked well for my eye.

OK, apparently I am a goon. I first saw this putter in Golf Digest, and didn't really like it. Maybe it's because I am more of a linear kind of guy, but I like the Studio Stainless better. Something about the swooped up toe that just doesn't do it for me.
