Personal best shot of the Year

Hmm Shot of the year in 2006...
Im going with two of them if you dont mind. In the middle of a tournament I had trashed the back 9 and ruined all chances to make a run at the top 10. I started playing carelessly and my results were getting better (oddly enough). I went Par, Par, Par, Bogey into the 5th hole on the front. After waiting about 30 mins and catching my breath at the bench to tee off. I went up there took out a 6 Iron from about 172 and just blasted the sucker 2 feet from the cup. Ended up +2 on the front 9 that day.

The second shot would be in a regular High School match. I finished paring the first hole and was waiting on the second tee. My driver was pretty straight that day but distance was not at a premium. Got up there amd boomed about a 290 yard carry drive (the farthest in my life) the ball got a kick from my teammates bag and rolled 40+ yards until it was 5 feet from the pin. Knocked it in for Eagle ended +2 on the day setting my lowest mark in HS competition.

There are a bit more... hell ill talk about one more.

There was a tournament about 2 hours from my house and waking up at 4 AM to drive there was not fun. Pretty good showing but on a 510 yard par 5, I reached the green side bunker in 2 (got alot of roll with the 3 wood). Stood into the bunker which was on a heavy upslope and the pin dead right of me I got in there and took a violent cut at the ball trying to make it slice so hard that it would run a circle around me that it popped straight in the air and sidespined to the lip of the cup. Unfortunetly it wasnt breezy enough that day so I settled for Birdie.
