Thread: Who will challenge Tiger in 2007?

  1. I like Villegas for first loser. He grew up in

Medllin, most dangerous city in the world under Pablo Escobar. He wears pink jamies on the golf course. : ) He hits about the same distance (304 yards accurately) and putts about the same average (1.76) as Tiger. Has a lot of intensity, hates to lose, is strong and justs needs a little maturity. Maybe in 08.

    SW 56*-12*bounce wide fusion

  2. I agree with Dave, Goosen.

He says that he does not have much confidence at the moment. If he gets it back, he is the complete package. I do not think there is a better swing out there, and his putting is, at times, the best.

Luke Donald may still be a year away from being a consistent winner. He is getting close.

With his baby coming, Tiger may not dominate quite as much. Yet, he might become even more dominant trying to be even more impressive to his child. Don't ask me why, but I think it will be a boy.

    Sincerely, Cypressperch

Ernie, Stenson, Goosen, Donald, Harrington will all win at least once on the PGA Tour this year. One of that group will also win the US Open, I'm thinking Harrington right now

Andrew Buckle will make a couple top 10 finishes this summer.

I also would like to see Phil have a good year.
When asked how to put back spin on a i7,
Trevino said how far do you hit it?
The guy said 120yds and Trevino said why do you want to back it up?

  6. I don't see anyone making a serious run at Tiger this year. I think Furyk will put together another nice year though.
