Just got mine back from zaphod and it's in a 9.5º Maltby CT250 head (Avenger black stiff) at 46". I've got driver swing issues I'm trying to resolve but when I feel better about my swing I'll put up a review. Sure looks sexy! A few initial swings showed promise.

I got the silver in stiff and if I didn't know better I'd bet it was a soft regular. Kinda disappointed after 1 round and 2 range sessions. Thinking about tipping it an inch and seeing what it does.

The black stiff flex which is supposed to be softer then the silver seems fairly stout.

I don't know if i got a dud or what but one of the old guys I played with picked it up and asked what the hell i was doing with a regular flex. Actually offered to buy it from me as he plays a soft regular.

I'm not sure the CT250 head is a fair test for that shaft.The insertion depth of the club head is fairly deep. Enough so the flex and tip stiffness could easily be affected.

How could you tell? You didn't get it airborne...
