I picked a set of brackets for the golf channel million bucks, it is so shot to hell after the first day it's absolutely sad.

Freaking Ernie Els losing first round didn't help at all.

Got VJ picked to win it though, not a huge VJ fan, but he is due for a win against a strong field.

Although im loving this, all three of my pool picks with some friends are still in it. Stenson (who i picked to win), Immelman, and Ogilvy. Ill take 50$ if one of my picks win, then another 20 if my winning pick (stenson) takes it.

I loved it.

Even Eldrick can have a bad day. His shots from under the bushes in the desert had me rolling on the floor.

Congrats to O'Hern. That couldn't have been easy, with all of those morons yelling "Get in the hole!" every time Woods hit.

O'hern won, but he far from destroyed anybody. Tiger was a 4 footer from winning, how is that destroyed? Especially when you consider the fact that Tiger hit his driver about as well first timer on a local muni.

Two things:

1) As soon as I saw that Tiger was going to play O'Hern I thought the streak was real in jeopardy.

2) NBC has got to be just completely pissed. We all realize that there are some quality pros left but the general public is like, "Stenson who?" This will certainly validate their (NBC) decision to cut back on their schedule.

The Stenson/Ogilvy match is great though. They are both pounding the ball. 300 yd drives with 3 wood? These guys are killing it. Immelman hit a 345 yd drive, too. I hope the elevation has something to do with it.

It was a great tournament all around even if the big names weren't there on the weekend. I really enjoyed some of the younger players really do well here. And Mr. Stenson winning it all was just great.
